It is the fundamental core to success. Through respect, a harmonious relationship within the school can be created and this can lead students to feel safe and comfortable in this environment.

廉正 INTEGRITY
Istilah integriti ini mencerminkan sifat keperibadian seseorang yang turut membawa makna kejujuran dan ketulusan. Maksudnya sekiranya seseorang individu itu memiliki integriti maka jelaslah dia juga mempunyai jati diri yang merangkumi juga keikhlasan, keterbukaan, ketelusan, amanah, benar, berpegang kepada prinsip, tidak mudah dipengaruhi, boleh dipercayai dan boleh dipegang cakapnya. Tidak kira siapa kita, sama ada pelajar biasa, pengawas, pemimpin pelajar, guru-guru
mahupun ibu bapa; andai nilai integriti menjadi salah satu pegangan yang menjadi amalan dan budaya RRSS nescaya semua visi dan misi sekolah mudah dicapai. Nilai integriti sebenarnya boleh dipupuk dan kita boleh mulai dengan keikhlasan. Ikhlas menjadi pelajar, ikhlas menjadi pengawas atau pemimpin pelajar, ikhlas menjadi guru dan akhir sekali ikhlas menjadi ibu bapa. Apabila kita ikhlas, integriti kita akan terpancar dengan sendirinya. Warga RRSS Warga Berintegriti!

卓越 EXCELLENCE
Excellence means the quality of being truly the best at something we do. It is the only thing that makes us walk on our toes to deliver amazing results.
Achieving excellence is never easy as we are not born with it. Instead, we cultivate excellence over a period of time through hard work, smart work and wise work. But nonetheless, it is very important to strive for excellence as it will increase our confidence and esteem which will benefit us in the future as a productive and competitive employer or employee. 同理心 EMPATHY
Empathy is the ability to understand and share the feelings of another. There is no right or wrong way to do it. Empathy is seeing with the eyes of another, listening with the ears of another and feeling with the heart of another, communicating that incredibly healing message of “You are not alone”.
The importance of empathy includes building positive classroom culture, strengthening the community and preparing students to be leaders in their own communities. Our RRSS students will build a sense of security and stronger relationships with other students and teachers, positioning themselves well for learning. Empathy encourages tolerance and acceptance of others. Good mental health will also be promoted among RRSS students. In a nutshell, developing empathy is a vital building block in a student’s ability to regulate their emotions and is so valuablein being able to adapt and succeed in an ever-changing world.
勤勉 DILIGENCE
Diligence is the steady, consistent, earnest and energetic effort in doing all our work or tasks. This means that we have to finish what we start to the best of our ability.
We must be determined and pay attention to the details so that the work or task is completed well. Work all the way through and never give up.
All RRSS students with a high level of diligence can achieve success. Students must believe that their diligence will make a difference in their academic and non-academic (co-curricular) performance. In conclusion,everyone needs diligence to accomplish any task or work.
